Finding your way | |
Finding your way doesn’t happen in the shadow of another. Whether it be your mother, father, sister or brother, or your mentor, teacher, guide or another. As a child we need to follow to learn, and as the adolescent we need a mentor or guide. Yet as the adult, to find your way, each needs to release from the shadow of others, to find their own path, their own way, This can be challenging, with many forward and backward steps. As an adult we can again fall into the shadow of our partners, husband, wife or friend. Each is but a lesson. Learn what you will, then choose to grow again. Choose to find your own way. Finding your own way as an adult, doesn’t mean you need to “breakup” with your partners, husband, wife or friend. It just means that you don’t stand in their shadow, you create your own. Indeed when you shine your own light brightly, along the path, there is no shadow. Find your way, find your light, and shine. Shine so brightly that you radiate your light out into the world. Be all you can be. | |
