Appreciation

What can appreciation do for you?  It can be amazing, when you appreciate what you have and where you are, how you will receive more.  It opens you up, via giving appreciation.  You can appreciate the smallest things to the largest.

Appreciation can occur on a daily basis.  Sometimes we take the everyday things for granted. Physically to be healthy and pain free, only seems to be appreciated when it is no longer there.  Phone, electricity and water are everyday; until they are unavailable.

Isn’t it amazing how we get use to a certain way of life, that we begin to expect that it will always be that way.  It is important to appreciate what each day brings, so you can invite more of what you appreciate into your life.

TRY IT! What can you appreciate today?  What will you appreciate today?  Take a moment to appreciate the little things.

Saying thank you (if you say it normally, say it with more feeling or say it more).  Try saying it to yourself, your body, your emotions, your mind and your spirit.

Write a poem of appreciation

Thank You by sharonmcl (c) 2015

Two little words, often said not enough,

For some to say can be a little tough?

When a little appreciation can mean so much.

Make it a habit, and stay in touch.

Empower the words with feeling,

This is when they have their own special healing.

So remember these two little words

THANK YOU……..image
