Automatic writing

What is automatic writing?  It is that zen-like moment when you are writing without thought, that flows from high inspiration or guidance.  This can be at a computer or with a pen.  It is a wonderful way of connecting with guidance.

All those reading this are under the highest guidance right now, through time and space.

CONNECT NOW.   Have a pen and paper, or a typing pad.  Write a question.  Then connect to only your HIGHEST inspiration and write an answer.  JUST start.  No need to edit.  PLAY with IT.

It is really important not to edit what you write, and just let it flow.

Another form of automatic writing, is to write with your predominant hand the question, with thought and editing.  What would you like to explore?  and what part of YOU do you wish to communicate with or is it a guide?

For Example: Dear inner child, what are your needs, wants and desires?

Then to reply with your non-predominant hand, write the unedited answer.  This is an excellent way to communicate with your inner child, adolescent, adult or guides.

In the past some would have called this channelling, however today I believe it is more about your own divine connection to yourself.  If you are not a writer, you may find recording your words another way.  In the 90s, I took a weekend to myself, and recorded my words.  I found it a valuable opening of my throat chakra, and a wonderful way of opening to my authentic self and purpose.

I also find myself automatically writing inspired words for poetry and songs.  When the inspired words come to me,  they are often inspired by people’s stories or life events.  This is gift I often bring to any ceremony I create for clients.
