Creating a sacred space | |
How do you create a sacred space for you and/or others? There are many ways, and generally follow a similar process of: 1. Cleanse & Declutter – hold only those things that serve a purpose or are honoured; 2. Set an intention – affirm what you would like in your space; and 3. Use methods that you believe in to shift the space to ‘sacred’. The methods can vary from elements to directions, through to energy work to placement, to calling in your guides and angels to animal guides and Feng Shui. Feng Shui overlays a grid over the plan of a building, with entrance opening Inner Knowledge, Career Path or Helpful People. You can overlay the grid over a room layout and also your desk – remember to place objects of beauty and power in areas you want to energise. Other areas in the grid are Family, Health, Offspring or creative projects, Wealth, Fame and Relationships. The idea is to create balance and harmony, and fill missing areas. Sharon has used what she calls ‘intuitive placement’ for years. She has often found as she shifts and changes, she is moved to change her living environment. Sharon will receive an image within her minds eye and then feels the urge to shift her furniture. What things are uplifting for you? What do you believe in? Show gratitude, thank or bless your space. If you would like assistance to find your way to create your sacred space, just ask Sharon.
