How to help yourself

There are many ways to help yourself.

Meditation is a cornerstone to help yourself.  It assists to shift your brainwaves, and acts as a decluttering to create greater clarity, calm and peace.

Journaling is another way to help yourself.  Sometimes your thoughts and feelings can be bottled up, and it can get overwhelming,  Journaling can assist you to clear these bottled up thoughts and feelings.  Naturally, so you can do this without editing, you need to have privacy.

Find a way to create balance.  Depends on your beliefs, what will assist you.  Energy work or simply working on your chakras can help yourself.

Finding the “right” exercise/diet for you.  Finding the “right” way for you to process emotion.  Finding the “right” way for you to understand your thoughts, and how to manage them.  Finding the “right” way for you to understand  how you can connect to what you believe is your spirit or essence.
