STRETCHED

If you are feeling stretched, that is a good place to be, because you have left your comfort zones and you are now in a learning curve.  STRETCHED is GOOD.  Stretched is where possibilities can occur.

However, if you go beyond stretched you will start to feel uncomfortable.  How can you find that fine line between being stretched and going beyond?  What steps can you take? You know what it feels like a stretch.  You know what it feels like you have gone beyond.  Remember a time when you took a step, that was a stretch.  What did it feel like?  Now, remember a time when you took a step, that was uncomfortable, or even extremely out of your depth.

What words serve you? These are my favourite.

“I am never given more then I can handle.”

“There are no challenges, just opportunities for change.”

“If your intentions are pure, and you have charity in your heart, you have nothing to fear.”

“I give my best and the rest is given to me.”

Find the words that serve you.  What one thing could you do, right now, to stretch yourself?
