Stutz has some great tools
“I’ve studied psychology and counseling. I chose not to pursue that career because I loved some of the processes such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, yet disliked the listening and reflecting without offering tools. I chose coaching because you can offer tools based on what your client is willing to do.” sharonmcl “Stutz” is a movie based on a therapist and client relationship and the tools that worked. Bring a notebook and pen to viewing, as there are lots of seeds of wisdom. It’s around an hour and a half. I loved it. Look out for: work on life force; Part X; Shadow; the Snapshot; Aspects – pain, uncertainty & constant work; the Grateful flow; Active Love; Loss Process; Pity Party; the Maze, string of pearls and more. Other phrases that spoke to me: “identify it, then use tools to nullify it”; “Vulnerability is a connector”; “grounded and reach for the stars” and more. If you want to go deeper; “Coming Alive” by Barry Michels & Phil Stutz; get the audiobook to dive deeper. It’s over 8hrs on the description of the tools in action. Highly Recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
