Where your mind goes, energy flows

Mindfulness is about being aware of where your mind goes, because indeed “where your mind goes, energy flows.”  Where has your mind been today?  Where was it 5days ago?  One month ago?  Six Month’s ago?  One Year ago?

Have you noticed that when you focus on something, whether it be in a positive way or a negative one, energy flows to the thing you focus on?  If this is the basis of all things, then mindfulness of all thoughts becomes very important.  All publicity is said to be good, because again whether it is positive or negative it creates a focus.  Of course, it feels better to receive a positive focus.

What if your challenge is, to be able to control where your focus goes?  YOU have a choice.  What do you want to create?  Focus on the highest creation and let go of the other.  Focus on the highest outcome, though you may not know the full picture.

Focus on the divine light within.  The blueprint that is perfectly healthy and whole, and let go of the illusion.  It is within each of us.  Find the light.  Be the light.  Enhance the light in others.
